Saint Faustina Kowalska

In 1935, Saint Faustina received a vision of an angel sent by God to chastise a certain city. She began to pray for mercy, but her prayers were powerless. Suddenly she saw the Holy Trinity and felt the power of Jesus' grace within her. At the same time she found herself pleading with God for mercy with the words she heard interiorly: Eternal Father, I offer you the body and blood, soul and divinity of your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world; for the sake of His sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. (Diary 476) As she continued saying this inspired prayer, the angel became helpless and could not carry out the deserved punishment (Diary 474, 475). The next morning when Faustina entered the chapel, she heard these words interiorly: Our Lord Speaks: “Every time you enter the chapel, immediately recite the prayer which I taught you yesterday” (Diary 476).

Then she heard these words; Our Lord Speaks:  “This prayer will serve to appease My wrath. You will recite it for nine days on the beads of the rosary in the following manner: First of all, you will say one Our Father and Hail Mary and the I Believe in God. Then on the Our Father beads, you will say the following words: ‘Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.’ On the Hail Mary beads you will say the following words: ‘For the sake of His sorrowful passion have mercy one us and on the whole world.’ In conclusion, three times you will recite these words: ‘Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world’” (Diary 476)

God will refuse nothing when you entreat Him with the voice of His Son. Your sacrifice is nothing in itself, but when you join it to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, it becomes all-powerful and has the power to appease divine wrath. God loves us in His Son. The painful passion of the Son of God constantly turns aside the wrath of God.  O My Creator and Lord, I feel that I am going to remove the veil of heaven so that earth will not doubt your goodness (words from Faustina Diary 483).

Our Lord Speaks:  Encourage souls to say the chaplet which I have given you (1541) . . . Whoever will recite it will receive great mercy at the hour of death (Diary 687) . . . When they say this chaplet in the presence of the dying, I will stand between My Father and the dying person, not as the just judge, but as the merciful Savior (Diary 1541) . . . Priests will recommend it to sinners as their last hope of salvation. Even if there were a sinner most hardened, if he were to recite this chaplet only once, he would receive grace from My infinite mercy (Diary 687) . . . Through the chaplet, you will obtain everything, if what you ask for is compatible with My will (Diary 1731).

At what time should I pray the chaplet? The chaplet may be said at any time. This is such a powerful prayer and should be prayed often. I invite you especially on the Feast of Mercy at the 3:00 o'clock hour to pray the chaplet.

The three o'clock hour as an important time to pray the chaplet. The three o'clock hour is the hour of great mercy. This is the hour Our Lord died on the cross. The lord invites us to pray the chaplet at (3:00) every afternoon, remembering Christ's death on the cross. It would also be very appropriate to say after you have received Holy Communion.

Resultado de imagen para miłosierdzie Boże Will this prayer take people away from the Rosary? No. On the contrary, since Our Lord asks for it on regular rosary beads, this should lead you afterwards into the rosary.
I'm still not sure I understand the chaplet. In the chaplet, we are not begging God to grant something He might be holding back from us. We are offering a sacrifice of praise. We are acknowledging, affirming and acclaiming Him as the merciful one who has in Christ, once-for-all, granted us all that we need to fulfill His purpose for us. We are offering God the Father, His beloved Son, that through His sacrifice on Calvary has opened heaven for us and has made amends for our sins so we can become one with God again. Through the Chaplet we are uniting with our Savior in prayer and sacrifice, on behalf of poor sinners.

The Lord's Promises Attached to the Chaplet of Divine Mercy
* “The souls that say this chaplet will be embraced by My Mercy during their lifetime and especially at the hour of their  death.” (Diary 754)
* “When hardened sinners say it, I will fill their hearts with peace and the hour of their death will be a happy one.” (Diary  1541)
* “No soul that has called upon My mercy has been brought to shame. I delight particularly in a soul that placed its trust in  My goodness.” (Diary 1541)
* “When they say this chaplet in the presence of the dying, I will stand between My Father and the dying person, not as a just judge but as a Merciful Savior.” (Diary 1541)
* “Whoever will recite it will receive great mercy at the hour of death.” (Diary 687)
* “Priests will recommend it to sinners as their last hope of salvation. Even if there were a sinner most hardened, if he were  to recite this chaplet only once, he would receive grace from My infinite mercy.” (Diary 687)

The chaplet is said using a rosary.

Begin by making the sign of the cross while holding the crucifix.

Then pray (1 Our Father), (1 Hail Mary) and (1 Apostle’s Creed).

On the large beads recite the following: “Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ,  in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.”

On the small beads recite the following:  “For the sake of His sorrowful Passion , have mercy on us and on the whole world” (10x)

In the final say this prayer three times:
“Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One have mercy on us and on the whole world.”

Holy Rita, Advocate of lost causes, Saint of the Impossible, increase, strengthen in me and in my brothers the gift of faith, free us from all confusion, fear and despair, help us to have confidence in Jesus, Mary and Joseph, and Let us grow more and more in the true love of God and in the true flame of love to our Blessed Mother Mary.

May the merits of your whole life, oh Holy Rita, destroy the forces of hell in the world and always keep us from all evils.

Oh Hearts of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, by the merits and pains of St. Rita of Cascia, save the world of menacing perdition. Amen.

First mystery: Birth and childhood of Santa Rita. Let us contemplate Saint Rita being prophesied in dreams by an Angel to her mother before being born and being born full of blessings and graces of the Lord, working miracles from childhood and truly growing in the life of prayer, contemplation, union with God and love to Our lady. And let us learn from it: love for prayer, for recollection, for intimacy with God and with Our Lady for the Holy Rosary and, above all, the practice of the virtues of faith, hope, charity and love for God.

Second Mystery: Contemplate Saint Rita contracting marriage by obedience to her parents with a cruel, evil man who for 18 years mistreated, insulted and beat continuously. By her patience, her prayers and her tears, she gets the conversion of him after 18 years. Then her husband is murdered and her children swear revenge for the father's death. She prays and asks Jesus to take them if it is humanly impossible to prevent them from committing a mortal sin and staining their hands with blood. She is taken care of, Jesus takes his children to Heaven and reveals to him that his patience, that his heroic strength, secured the salvation of his husband and his children. And let us learn from it: patience, strength in suffering, constancy in prayer and, above all, a great horror of all sin, always remaining in the friendship and grace of God for a holy life.

Third Mystery: Contemplate Santa Rita asking to be accepted in the Convent of Cascia and being rejected. She does not lose heart, perseveres in prayer, asks God to place her in her holy house so she can follow her initial vocation of her childhood and youth. God takes care of her and sends her to St. John the Baptist, St. Nicholas and also St. Augustine to take her inside the Convent of St. Magdalene in Cascia, where she is finally accepted, receiving from the Mother Superior a proof of faith and obedience. She waters for a whole year a dry branch of a dead vine and after a year, miraculously the vine comes back to life, showing to all the strength of faith, the obedience of Saint Rita of Cascia. And let us learn from it: the virtue of obedience to God and our superiors, the virtue of faith that can move all mountains and change everything and ask it to grant us the grace of perseverance in the love of God and in the sentence.

Related imageFourth Mystery: Contemplate St. Rita of Cascia scorched with divine love after the preaching of St. James of the Mark going to the crucifix of the Monastery asking Jesus to give the pains of His passion not for vanity but to help save souls, Offering the throbbing pain of his body united with that of Christ for the salvation of sinners. Jesus is pleased with the prayer and petition of her, and then, a thorn of His crown miraculously stands out, penetrating into the head of Rita who falls faint. For more than 15 years she suffers day and night very sharp pains with the open wound on her forehead, offering everything to the Lord for the salvation of the poor and unhappy sinners. And let us learn with her: the grace of patience, the virtue of patience in suffering, in pain, in sickness, and also with her to offer all our sufferings and sorrows with Christ, with Our Lady of Sorrows to the Father For the salvation of sinners and the whole world.

Fifth Mystery: Contemplate Santa Rita after 15 years suffering with the wound of the crown of thorns of Jesus, the thorn of His crown, receiving the visit of Jesus and Mary who promised that from there to 3 days would be with them in heaven. With holy acts of love, fervent prayers, she prepared herself for her departure from this world and at the appointed hour, Her Saints of devotion came with Jesus and Mary to take her to the promised Paradise. All the bells of Cassia touched the hands of the Angels announcing his death, his departure to Heaven. The wound on her forehead became a brilliant ruby and a radiant light flooded her cell and face, showing her eternal bliss and glory in Heaven. And let us learn from St. Rita: to have a holy life to have a holy death, to live always in love, in the grace of God, in the friendship of God, so that we can truly at the hour of our death be visited by Jesus , Mary, for our Saints of devotion, to be led by them in Heaven to give thanks and give love, joy to God and to them, to be perfectly loved by us for all eternity.

WORDS OF OUR LADY OF BARRAL TO HER SEER:

«Tell to the shepherds of the mount to pray always the Rosary, that men and women pray the Rosary every day and sing “The Star of the Heaven”. And the mothers who have the children out there, that pray the Rosary too, sing “The Star of the Heaven” and become attached to Me, that I have to go to the world and appease the war»

"Lord God, grant us help, union, peace and concord, for we will be worthy of your Mercy.

Mercy My God! Mercy Lord! Mercy asks you this great sinner!

Antiphon:

The Star of Heaven who gave the milk to the Lord, delivered us from the contagion of death that the first father of men brought into the world.
The same Star deigns to appease Heaven, whose wrath punishes the people of cruel death.
Very pious star of the sea, deliver us from the plague.
Listen to us, Lady, and intercede for us, since your Son denies nothing and always honors you.
Save us Jesus, through whom the Virgin, your Mother begs.

Pray for us, Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Prayer:

God of Mercy, God of Piety, God of forgiveness, who pitied the affliction of your people and said to the angel who wounded him: 'Stop your hand', for the love of That Glorious Star, from whose breasts you fed yourself to be Given to us as a remedy against the poison of our sins, give us the help of your grace, so that we may be free from all sudden pestilence and death, and mercifully saved from all perdition. For you Jesus Christ, King of Glory, Savior of the world, who live and reign for ever and ever. Amen"

This prayer was approved by the Archbishop of Braga, Monsignor Manuel Vieira de Matos and has granted 100 days of indulgence for those who recite it with faith and devotion.

“Sacred Hearts of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, look upon the merits of Saint Lucy of Syracuse who poured Her blood for love of Thee on earth and who loves Thee eternally in Heaven”

OPENING PRAYER
“Oh, United Hearts of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, prostrated at Thy Feet, we offer Thee the merits of the martyrdom of Saint Lucy of Syracuse, who poured Her blood for Thy love, defending with heroic courage and scorching love Thy Name and the Holy Catholic Faith. MESSAGE FROM SAINT LUCY
“Be light, by your attitudes, by the acts of your life, seeking with practice to prove with acts that you love Christ, that you love the Immaculate Virgin, so that from all your faultless conduct, a mystical light of truth, of authenticity, of sincerity and of holiness comes out and causes all men to recognise God's existence, the greatness of His Love and at the same time knowing the truth, they be freed from the slavery of this world, the slavery of Satan and of sin that nothing more is the slavery to the lie that, outside of God, far from God man can be happy. Satan's lie, Satan's work consists in this, make man think that putting other things in the Lord's place or loving them outside of the Lord, man can be happy.

With this, Satan dragged crowds and crowds of souls along the centuries to the eternal fire from where they will never leave again and where they will suffer to the point of breaking their teeth for all eternity”.

MESSAGE FROM SAINT LUCY
“I invite ye, I invite ye to come after Me on the road of truth, becoming light for all those who lie in darkness. Take care of your soul, My beloved brethren, because the body already has a sure destination: it will be put in the tomb, in less than a week it will be completely eaten by worms and a short time after, there will be nothing left of it but bones and dust.. come after Me walking, therefore, on the way of prayer and of holiness because when one dies, from this world nothing more is taken than prayer and love.

The warning is very near and when it happens, sinners will rip the hairs from their head, many will throw themselves in the precipices, while others will throw themselves in the bonfire closest to them. because they will see all the time of their life spent without God, offending God and working against God with their bad examples, sins, evil thoughts, words and actions.
Therefore, I invite ye, to convert yourselves now, immediately, hodie ("today") as Saint Expiditus said unto ye yesterday, so that thus, your life, at that time, is not a reason for remorse, despair and tragedy for ye, but rather is reason of joy, happiness and of rejoicing, exulting in the Lord”.

MESSAGE FROM SAINT LUCY
“The great Chastisement will be worse than being cut more than one hundred time by fire, will be so terrible that those who will survive will incessantly call for death and on the other hand death will be their martyrdom, because from the fire and from the sufferings of this earth will be cast into the eternal fire that will never be extinguished. Therefore, convert yourselves, not for fear of the punishments, but for love of the Lord, for the holy fear of hurting Him and offending Him, May this be the mobile of your conversion so that it is pleasing to the Lord.

I, Lucia, Lucy, love ye very much! I love this place so much, I love Marcos so much, because he loves Me very much, the love from his heart attracted Me, called Me and holds Me to this place, therefore here I pour so many and so copious graces and upon ye all, to whom I have already given many blessings, for whom I wander performing great graces, I will still perform many more if ye with docility, obedience and love, do what I tell ye. Therefore, follow Me by the path of holiness, being like Me, lights, Lucys, for the whole world.”

1ST MYSTERY: We behold you, O humble Saint Bernadette, in your childhood in Lourdes, spent in extreme poverty next to your relatives, tending sheep, deprived of the study of the catechism in the midst of so many trials, humiliations, ailments and pains.

We ask the example of humility for the sufferings that you had, that you reach us from Mary Most Holy the grace of humility, detachment from earthly goods and love of Christian poverty. Amen.

For the immense joy you felt then, grant us the grace of a true, ardent and sincere devotion to Mary Most Holy. Amen.

3rd MYSTERY: We contemplate St. Bernadette returning to the Grotto and receiving from Mary Most Holy the mission of returning for 15 days, praying with her the Holy Rosary, receiving from her a prayer, then three secrets, receiving from her the Message of penance and prayer And on the 25th of February of that year, finding the miraculous source indicated by the Mother of God herself.

And we ask you for the joy that invaded your heart in those celestial moments, that reach us of Mary Most Holy the grace of the penance, of the prayer and obedience to Her. Amen.
